Five quick things to know before you invite your people.
start the board
Choose a title and memorable vm.fabri.cc address, explain what the board is for, and give contributors one useful prompt.
A specific prompt gets better messages than “say something nice.”
privacy + review
The contribution link can be open or password-protected. Keep the gallery private, make approved messages public, or protect the gallery with a Premium password.
Review-first moderation is the safest choice when a gallery will be shared widely.
invite people
Contributors do not need a Fabric account. They open your board on a phone or computer, then record video, record audio, or choose a file.
If direct recording is unavailable, the upload option gives every contributor a fallback.
moderation inbox
Every board has its own inbox. Play messages, read notes, approve them for the gallery, hide them, delete them, or download the original media on Premium.
Hiding is reversible; deleting removes the stored media file.
keep + share
Approved messages can live together in a shareable gallery. Update the board while it is active, close submissions when the moment passes, and archive it when you are finished.
Closing a board stops new submissions without deleting the collection you already gathered.
